Coaching

I believe that transformation of other, of organization, of system, of society is not possible without the transformation of self.  And that transformation not only includes the looking forward, but necessitates the looking back to understand how we got here and to connect to intention for what (and who) comes next.

Developmental coaching is often focused on getting folks to move up the “stairway to heaven” of development.  To push beyond their current meaning-making structure by being taken to the precipice of their capacity at the edge of what’s next.  I have a different approach to coaching that is less focused on pushing you to the top and more aligned with accompanying you as you stretch into your fullness both forward and back.
